Lead the interpretation work that turns 2D/3D seismic into drillable mineral targets. You will run the workflows, train the agents, and own POC outcomes.

// You'll

- Build seismic interpretation workflows for Au / Cu / U targets — own them end to end
- Translate workflows into agent-executable steps with our AI team
- Lead validation drilling reviews and post-mortem accuracy analysis
- Speak to majors, mids, and JV partners as a technical authority

// We're looking for

- 8+ years subsurface interpretation (mining or O&G transferable)
- Deep fluency in Petrel / Kingdom / OpendTect, attribute analysis, spectral decomposition
- Track record: a published discovery, a real project, a documented win
- You think in cross-sections. You disagree well.
