# Seismic ML Engineer

Take the seismic workflows our geophysicists invent and turn them into agentic tools. You will own the model surface, the inference pipeline, and the eval harness.

// You'll

- Train and fine-tune models for seismic attribute extraction and feature segmentation
- Build the agent runtime — ontology agent, reasoning agent, tool-use orchestration
- Ship inference at field-deployment scale (latency budgets, on-prem options)
- Design the eval harness against ground-truth wells

// We're looking for

- Strong PyTorch / JAX, modern foundation-model fine-tuning, agentic frameworks
- Bonus: signal processing, geophysics, or seismic literacy
- You ship working systems, not papers
- Comfortable being the only ML engineer for a while
